  • Plan, execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.);
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights;
  • Support the development and implementation of SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive traffic;
  • Research and implement SEM campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and distribute engaging content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals;
  • Review the content calendar and ensure timely publication;
  • Assist in developing and executing social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement;
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to inquiries, and manage community interactions;
  • Design, implement, and manage email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and retain customers;
  • Segment email lists and personalise communications for targeted marketing efforts;
  • Utilise analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.) to track, measure, and report on campaign performance;
  • Provide regular updates and recommendations to the marketing team;
  • Work closely with the current digital marketer to ensure alignment and consistency in marketing efforts;
  • Serve as the point of contact for digital marketing in the current marketer's absence, ensuring continuity of key tasks;
  • Support and collaborate with other team members on various marketing initiatives;
  • Assist in managing and allocating the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI;
  • Monitor expenditures and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.
  • Grade 12 or equivalent;
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field. (Essential);
  • 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience managing campaigns and budgets;
  • Willingness to work longer than normal office hours;
  • Knowledge of MS Office Suite;
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, etc.);
  • Content Management Systems (CMS);
  • Social Media Management Tools;
  • Demonstrable knowledge of basic HTML coding and web development tools.
