Our Client in Stellenbosch is looking for an experienced Accounts Clerk with Food and Beverage experience to join their team.The successful candidate would be a specialist in the cost control of the F&B departmentCalculating and forecasting GPControl of wastage, theft, incorrect stock counts and voidsSole point of contact with suppliers re accounting matters, receipt of invoices and statementsDebtors and CreditorsMaintain creditor data baseCheck supplier invoices for block stamp completion by depts, and against supporting documents and capture into Jonas, using correct GL accountsFollow up with suppliers for credit notes for wrong invoices, short supply etcObtain statements from suppliersReconcile statements to Jonas using Excel templateEnsure that supplier invoices are processed for payment in accordance with supplier payment termsInfo on new joiners, leaversLeave forms Input into payroll systemReview payrollMonthly gross pay reconTime records from clock cardsInput into payroll systemReview payrollMaintain staff filing systemAssist staff with availability of standard forms and ensure forms available on Z DrivePLEASE NOTE: THIS IS NOT THE FULL JOB SPEC
