PAM 16584 - Warehouse Controller (Shift Work) – East Rand

• Ensure finished products are stored neatly and correctly.
• Storage of finished goods layout efficiently managed to maximise space leading to better efficiencies
• Receiving of bought-out products and store them correctly and neatly in the finished goods warehouse
• Overseeing and allocation of loads to Team leaders and ensuring KPIs met and loading times achieved
• Ensuring Load weight variances resolved and cleared for invoicing
• Housekeeping Ensure area tidy at all times
• Allocating loads to ensure max loading capacity
• Spot checks on loads to ensure accurate loading
• Coordinate all activities in warehouse, Loading and invoicing to ensure maximum output and no down time
• Managing staff to ensure efficient departments and achieving deadlines.
• Ensure SOP always followed
• Ensure EHS standards are met and always followed
• Credit investigation and action taken against team leaders
• Coaching of team leaders to improve management skills
• Hand over to next shift with full detail to ensure smooth operations
• Troubleshooting of TransLution and Syspro to ensure no down time
• IR responsibilities

• Matric
• Supply Chain Certificate

• Minimum 4 years Warehouse Controller experience
• Experience in managing a team
• Proficient in Syspro and Translution
• Comfortable working 12 hour shifts to alternate day and night shift
