Our client is seeking a Nursing Coordinator to provide clear leadership and deliver world-class medical assistance services to our clients across the globe.Key Responsibilities
As a Nursing Coordinator, you will:
- Lead and manage medical assistance cases in collaboration with Medical Directors,
- Provide expert medical direction, due diligence, and case oversight from initial contact to resolution.
- Coordinate hospitalisation, medical evacuations, and repatriations, ensuring adherence to company Medical Transportation Standards.
- Deliver telephone-based medical assessments and advice to clients, patients, and stakeholders worldwide.
- Liaise with treating physicians, insurance providers, and internal teams to ensure seamless case management.
- Maintain high standards of documentation and ensure timely handovers across shifts.
- Act as a medical escort when required and determine appropriate escort personnel for specific cases.
- Contribute to network development through site surveys and provider referrals.
- Support business development initiatives and promote company services to clients.
We're looking for someone with:
- BSc Nursing or Diploma in Nursing - Registered Nurse (RN) and registered with SANC.
- 5+ years post-graduate experience, ideally in Emergency, Trauma, or ICU settings.
- Previous experience as a Unit Manager or Nurse Manager.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Experience in medical escort services is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills, cultural sensitivity, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

- Fluency in English; Portuguese is a significant advantage.
