Job SummaryKey Responsibilities:Greet and assist walk-in customers in a professional and friendly manner.Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend suitable vehicles based on customer requirements and budget.Present, demonstrate, and test-drive vehicles with clients.Negotiate pricing, finance, and optional extras to close sales.Prepare and process all necessary sales documentation.Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build relationships and generate repeat business.Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle models, specs, features, pricing, and promotions.Coordinate with the finance and insurance department to assist customers with financing and insurance options.Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for delivery.Maintain customer records in the CRM system and ensure all interactions are logged accurately.Participate in showroom events, promotions, and marketing campaigns.Required Qualifications & Skills:Matric / Grade 12 (essential)Proven experience in automotive sales or a similar customer-facing sales environmentValid Code B Driver's LicenseExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsTarget-driven with a strong work ethic and a passion for cars and customer serviceCompetency with MS Office and dealership software (e.g., Kerridge, Automate, or similar CRM tools)High level of integrity and professionalismDesirable Attributes:Certification in sales or automotive industry trainingAbility to work well in a team and under pressureStrong closing ability and customer-focused approachWillingness to work weekends and public holidaysWorking Conditions:Dealership showroom and vehicle lot environmentRegular weekend and overtime work may be requiredTarget-based commission structure often appliesThe Talent RoomRecruiter
