- Plan, execute, optimize, and report on paid media campaigns across Google and Meta platforms
- Own end-to-end account management including strategy development, execution, and client reporting
- Run keyword and audience research, A/B testing, and performance optimizations
- Deliver actionable insights to clients using reporting tools and dashboards
- Maintain campaign health, tracking, and delivery against client KPIs
- 2-3 years of experience at a South African digital agency
- Proven expertise in both Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Experience managing clients in the US, UK, and SA markets
- Excellent verbal and written English
- Presentable and confident in managing client relationships independently
- Skilled in data interpretation and using metrics to inform performance decisions
- Familiarity with Looker Studio, Google Tag Manager, and Meta Events Manager
- Exposure to e-commerce, SaaS, or lead generation campaigns
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously across multiple accounts
