- Oversee the general wellbeing, safety, and compliance of all properties in your portfolio.
- Conduct and compile annual building condition assessments.
- Execute and monitor all Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and signed leases.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, National Facilities Management Strategy, OHS Act, and ISO quality standards.
- Manage contractors, service providers, and preventative maintenance schedules.
- Conduct regular property inspections and ensure all permits and OH&S requirements are in place.
- Monitor budgets, submit accurate monthly reports, and drive cost-effective solutions.
- Oversee tenant installations, repairs, and maintenance, ensuring quality and compliance.
- Minimum: Grade 12.
- Relevant tertiary education in Facilities Management, Construction, Mechanical, Technical, or Drafting.
- Project Management qualification advantageous.
- 3–5 years’ experience in Facilities Management across commercial, retail, or industrial properties.
- Strong knowledge of OHS Act, ISO 9001, Soft Services, and technical building fundamentals.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite & MDA.
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
- Proactive, innovative, and highly organized.
- Strong customer focus and relationship management.
- Problem-solving mindset with high stress tolerance.
- Excellent communication, planning, and scheduling ability.
