- Administrative & Office Support:
- Provide daily admin support including filing, document control, typing CVs, answering calls.
- Assist the Office Manager with general office duties and scheduling.
- CVs typed and formatted within 24 hours of request, with <2% errors.
- Calls and queries responded to within 1 business day.
- Filing and record-keeping 100% up to date.
- Recruitment Support
- Post job adverts, track applications, and update recruitment systems.
- Screen CVs and shortlist candidates for junior/support roles.
- Conduct initial candidate phone screenings and arrange interviews.
- Job adverts posted within 24 hours of request.
- Candidate CVs screened and shortlist provided within 48 hours.
- Minimum 90% accuracy in matching candidate profiles to role requirements.
- At least 35 candidates shortlisted per vacancy (where possible).
- Candidate & Client Co-ordination
- Schedule interviews and manage communication between clients and candidates.
- Prepare interview packs, reports, and ensure smooth candidate experience.
- Interviews scheduled within 2 business days of shortlist approval.
- Candidate communication documented in ATS / system with 100% compliance.
- Zero missed deadlines for interview preparation.
- Database & Process Management
- Maintain accurate candidate records in ATS / database.
- Assist with reporting on recruitment activity (applications, interviews, placements).
- Candidate database updated weekly with new CVs and notes.
- Monthly recruitment activity report submitted by the 5th of each month.
- Data accuracy maintained at 95%+.
- Onboarding & General Support
- Prepare offer and onboarding documents.
- Support the recruiter/consultant with follow-up tasks on placements.
- Offer documentation issued within 24 hours of verbal acceptance.
- Onboarding packs completed 100% on time for new hires.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and client service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment software/ATS.
- High accuracy and attention to detail under pressure.
- Reliable, accountable, and discreet.
- Proactive and solutions-focused.
- Adaptable and eager to support the team where needed.
