As a sales consultant, you will play a role in achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting products and services, and maintaining a clean and organised sales floor. Assist customers in finding and purchasing products, providing advice and recommendations as needed
Actively engage with customers to assess their needs and preferences and make product suggestions
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquires and showcase product features and benefits
Demonstrate excellent customer serviceskills to build and maintain long-term relationship with customers
Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and store sales goals, participating in regular sales meetings and training sessions

NQF 4 equivalent, matric certificate or higher
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
Candidate must be eligible to work in South Africa
No work experience required
