- Conduct outbound calls to target audiences across two campaigns:
- Webinar & Copilot Readiness Assessment (nationwide UK)
- Free AV Health Check (businesses in the Square Mile, London)
- Engage with senior decision-makers such as CIOs, IT Directors, and Facilities Managers.
- Communicate the value of the company’s IT & AV services with clarity and professionalism.
- Drive registrations for the AI & Copilot Webinar and qualify leads for the Readiness Assessment.
- Book or qualify AV Health Check appointments with relevant local businesses.
- Tailor messaging to fit the campaign focus – digital transformation or AV services.
- Log all calls and outcomes accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with the internal team to report daily and weekly performance metrics.
- Follow up via email with supporting information and registration/booking links.
- Minimum 2 years of B2B telemarketing or outbound sales experience, ideally in IT or tech environments.
- Strong phone-based communication skills; able to pitch persuasively to senior stakeholders.
- Experience in securing webinar registrations, booking appointments, and qualifying leads.
- Confident using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and public data sources for lead generation.
- Fast learner with the ability to grasp technical concepts (e.g. Microsoft 365 Copilot, AV solutions) and present benefits simply.
- Highly organised with strong note-taking, reporting, and call-logging skills.
- Professional, polished, and persistent – able to handle objections and keep conversations focused.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop or desktop computer.
