Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive new business growth while expanding and managing existing accounts.
  • Build strong, long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities and develop tailored IT solutions to meet client needs.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle – from prospecting and solution design through to closing and after-sales support.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies.
Requirements:
  • Matric and a relevant tertiary qualification.
  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in IT solution sales, with exposure at senior account management level.
  • Proven success selling enterprise-level, multi-vendor technology solutions.
  • Strong market knowledge and established senior-level networks.
  • Broad understanding of IT products and services, with the ability to align solutions to business challenges.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A goal-driven, consultative approach to sales.
