This role is responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring service delivery excellence across the relocation lifecycle. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, the Key Account Manager translates client requirements into actionable strategies, drives retention, and uncovers new business opportunities.Key ResponsibilitiesProactively manage and grow a portfolio of high-value accounts across Africa and the Middle EastBuild and maintain strong, long-term client relationshipsIdentify and convert client needs into business opportunitiesPrepare and manage quotations and pricing policies in line with client requirementsCollaborate with Global Mobility Coordinators to resolve issues and deliver exceptional serviceImplement and monitor client-specific procedures and SLAsProduce accurate, client-ready reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new ideas to improve service efficiency and delivery standardsSupport special projects and additional tasks as delegated by managementAbout You3+ years of experience in Key Account Management, preferably in relocation or service industriesBachelor's degree in Business or a related field (preferred)Prior exposure to U.S.-based clients is advantageousExceptional communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plusAdvanced Excel and overall strong computer literacyStrong analytical abilities and a detail-oriented, flexible approachService-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills
