- Providing support to your team and ensuring sales targets are met.
- Grow and build the client base.
- Responsible to do presentations to clients so as to attain new business;
- Manage and convert leads into sales and ensure outcomes are captured onto the system;
- Informs team by explaining procedures; answering questions; providing information;
- Assist team with escalations and how to manage these;
- Evaluate problems and complaints of clients and provide proper solutions to them;
- Respond to the needs of clients and provide personalized service;
- Provide information on the company’s products or services and generate interest in the offer;
- Upsells products and services to own clients and coach team to do the same;
- Researches needed information using available resources;
- Makes relevant notes from client interactions;
- Identify any issues that clients might be struggling with and find solutions, as well as escalate where required;
- Report on client feedback;
- Manage & update client databases;
- Manage team and ensure KPI’s are in place.
- Ability to build strong relationships and effectively identify problems as soon as they arise;
- Analysis of stumbling blocks to find positive solutions and ability to develop alternative solutions to common issues;
- Identify critical factors which will affect certain outcomes, as well as accurately evaluate options and establish priorities;
- Anticipate outcomes and identify consequences;
- Open and honest communication regarding products;
- Actively listen to others to determine approach to be taken and the ability to persuade individuals so as to see reason;
- Ability to lead a team toward success;

- Matric;
- Degree and/or Diploma in Business / Sales Management;
- 3 year’s solid sales experience;
- 3 year’s experience with managing a Team;
- Experience within the credit analysis industry, preferred;
- Familiar with telephone and computer technology;
- Experience within the financial services industry, preferred;
- Experience in effectively making sales and reaching targets;
- Customer service experience;
- Ability to handle pressure.
