
Conveyancing Attorney – Cape Town

- Attend client appointments to sign conveyancing documents
- Ensure all FICA documentation is accurate and compliant with the FICA Act and relevant bank SLA requirements
- Collaborate closely with Transfer Secretaries
- Review files and discuss any potential issues before meeting with clients
- Ensure all scheduled client appointments are attended punctually
- Address and resolve client complaints and queries promptly and professionally
- Provide regular updates to Directors regarding resolved issues
- Actively generate leads and gradually build a personal client base
- Establish and nurture relationships with potential clients
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and effective client handling skills
- Develop a deep understanding of both internal workflows and external regulatory processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of professionalism and client service orientation
- Results-driven with a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Well-organized and adaptable in a deadline-driven environment
- LLB degree
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an admitted attorney
- Admitted Conveyancer with at least 1 year of practical conveyancing experience
- Willingness to travel as required
