Key Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience for Junior candidates and 5+ years for Senior candidates in a conveyancing-related role
  • Proven ability to manage a significant file load (approx. 30 files for Junior and 60+ for Senior)
  • Proficiency in GhostConvey, LEXIS Convey, Stordoc, and E4 systems (non-negotiable)
  • Matric certificate (non-negotiable)
  • South African citizenship
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
  • A relevant legal qualification will be advantageous
