Intermediate Phase English First Language SpecialistOur School is growing and we are adding new classes to some of our current grades in the Senior Preparatory.   • CONTRACT TYPE: PERMANENT

THE SUITABLE CANDIDATE WILL HAVE AS A MINIMUM:
  • A recognized degree and/or a 4-year professional teaching qualification
  • SACE registration
  • Specific skills in fulfilling the role of an Intermediate Phase English First Language Specialist
  • Computer literacy with specific competency in being creative with using online teaching platforms like Microsoft Teams and Applications
  • Ability to work effectively as a team member, with enthusiasm and flexibility
  • Understanding of 21st-century learning and constructivist teaching methodology
  • Ability to manage continuous assessment, recording, and reporting on learning outcomes
  • A sound knowledge of the CAPS curriculum
  • Skill in curriculum planning and classroom management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Energy, self-motivation and initiative.
