HR Generalist

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in a generalist HR role.
• Strong knowledge of Labour Law, employment equity, and B-BBEE.
• SABPP or CHRO certification is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English and at least one other South African language (e.g., isiZulu, Xhosa, Setswana, Sesotho).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HRIS systems.
• Experience with performance management, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
