- Competent in site safety management
- Good communication skills for coordinating teams and liaising with stakeholders
- Ability to read and interpret project schedules and basic shop drawings
- Proactive problem-solving attitude
- Oversee day-to-day activities across multiple sites
- Independently manage site operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to project plans
- Coordinate installation teams on-site, ensuring all work aligns with design specifications
- Ensure project plans and schedules are strictly followed, monitoring progress and adjusting resources as needed to meet deadlines
- Track site milestones and report any delays or risks promptly to senior management
- Conduct regular inspections of installed glass and aluminium systems (windows, doors, curtain walls, etc.) to ensure compliance with quality standards and manufacturer specifications
- Work closely with manufacturing teams to address any defects or rework required
- Enforce strict adherence to site health and safety policies across all managed sites
- Ensure all team members use appropriate PPE and follow safe handling procedures for glass and aluminium materials
- Report and document any incidents or near misses
- Maintain accurate daily site logs, including workforce attendance, progress updates, and any site challenges
- Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients as required
- Liaise with clients and consultants to resolve on-site issues and maintain good working relationships
