- Tertiary education would be advantageous.
- At least 2 years of experience as a recruiter who can source quality candidates, arrange interviews and facilitate candidate testing.
- Experience with Placement Partner, Career Junction, PNet, etc.
- Strong administration skills.
- Source candidates.
- Screen candidates.
- Manage and maintain CV folder.
- Coordination of the interview scheduling process.
- Ensuring all recruitment activity is tracked within various ATS systems.
- Initiating background checks in the systems and with external agencies. Initiating reference checks where required.
- Building and maintaining strong working relationships between all parties, ensuring that all parties are aware of new processes.
- Managing Outlook inbox effectively.
- Managing candidate communication from application to interview outcome.
- Maintain the interview tracker and Placement Partner.
- Monitoring job boards for candidate responses.
- Maintaining the recruitment administration via in-house and external systems.
- Occasional minute-taking from conference calls.
- Manage and maintain Interviewer Feedback surveys and responses.
- Weekly and Monthly recruitment report.
- CV creation on Placement Partner.
- Maintain and manage external client database.
- Researching and planning Career events
- Any ad hoc administration requirements.
