Work set up: RemoteWe're seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist with strong experience in B2B marketing to support and grow our digital presence across channels. This role requires someone who can execute end-to-end marketing campaigns, develop and optimize the customer journey for lead generation and nurturing, and turn insights into action.What you will do:Customer Journey Development and Lead Generation
- Build and optimize customer journeys for lead generation and nurturing across digital touchpoints.
- Implement segmentation strategies and automation workflows to support lead conversion and progression through the funnel.
- Use HubSpot and/or Zoho to manage CRM, campaign automation, and performance reporting.
- Translate the communications strategy and brand value proposition into a robust, channel-specific content plan.
- Support the planning and scheduling of content across blogs, email, and social media with a focus on driving engagement and leads.
- Collaborate with thought leaders and subject matter experts to develop and repurpose assets such as webinars, videos, and case studies.
- Plan, build, and send monthly newsletters and nurture campaigns using HubSpot or Zoho.
- Manage automation workflows for different buyer personas and stages of the customer journey.
- Monitor performance metrics such as open rates, CTRs, and conversions, and continuously optimize for improvement.
- Manage the company's LinkedIn presence, posting regularly and engaging with the community.
- Promote content, campaigns, and thought leadership to grow brand presence and reach.
- Track performance and contribute ideas to increase follower growth and engagement.
- Experience creating and managing communities via LinkedIn itself and other social media marketing platforms such as Hootsuite or similar.
- Report on campaign performance across channels including LinkedIn, email, and website.
- Use insights from platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to inform decision-making.
- Track and optimize KPIs including CPL, engagement rates, MQLs, and ROI.
- Align closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are contributing to pipeline goals.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to drive content creation, campaign input, and feedback.
- Coordinate with external freelancers and vendors for content production, design, and editing.
- Had experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize content to support SEO strategy and blog publication.
- Monitor website traffic performance and organic lead generation trends.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 3-5 years' experience in B2B digital marketing with a strong understanding of lead generation, campaign execution, and content marketing.
- Proficiency in HubSpot and/or Zoho (CRM and marketing modules) is essential.
- Experience managing LinkedIn ad campaigns with measurable lead generation success.
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and lifecycle marketing.
- Solid skills in email marketing, content planning, and campaign reporting.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
