Reporting directly to the CFO and working alongside a highly engaged leadership team, you will influence key decisions that shape the group’s growth trajectory. Strategic Finance: Partner with Executives to develop and execute long-term financial plans aligned to growth ambitions
Group Reporting & Consolidations: Lead accurate, timely group reporting and consolidation across multiple entities
Performance Optimisation: Analyse and interpret performance metrics, highlighting opportunities to enhance profitability and unlock value
Leadership & Development: Inspire, mentor, and grow a high-performing finance team that thrives on collaboration and excellence

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

5+ years’ experience within a similar role
Management experience required
Property experience required
