- Partnering with fast-growth cybersecurity and AI scale-ups across the UK, US & Europe
- Owning client relationships with founders and C-level executives
- Designing custom, high-impact hiring strategies that solve real-world hiring pain points
- Driving delivery using our premium tech stack, marketing engine, and deep niche talent pools
- Becoming a trusted advisor to some of the world's most disruptive tech companies

- Have 5+ years of recruitment experience ( in tech, digital, cybersecurity, or sales)
- Are ambitious, articulate, and hungry for more than the status quo
- Know how to build meaningful relationships and deliver value beyond the CV
- Are self-managed, highly motivated, and want to be part of something different
- Live in Cape Town (or plan to relocate) and have a stable home office setup
- R25 000 R35 000 basic salary (based on experience)
