As Group Finance Manager, you’ll be more than a custodian of numbers-you’ll be a strategic driver of performance and a trusted advisor to leadership. Reporting directly to the CFO, you’ll have the platform to influence critical decisions, guide financial strategy, and help steer the group into its next phase of expansion. Strategic Finance: Collaborate with executives to craft and execute financial strategies aligned to ambitious growth plans.
Group Reporting & Consolidations: Oversee accurate, timely reporting and consolidations across multiple entities.
Performance Optimisation: Provide actionable insights that elevate profitability, efficiency, and long-term value creation.
Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing finance team that thrives on collaboration and excellence.

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Experience:

5+ years’ experience within a similar role
Management experience required
Property experience required
