Responsibilities:
  • Managing petty cash, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reconciliations.
  • Process and issue credit notes in line with company policies.
  • Prepare, capture, and follow up on invoices to maintain accurate financial records.
  • Perform bank reconciliations to ensure all transactions are correctly recorded and balanced.
  • Manage debtors reconciliations, ensuring accounts are up to date and discrepancies are resolved.
  • Complete creditors reconciliations, verifying supplier statements and processing payments on time.
Requirements:
  • Minimum: Senior Certificate
  • Proficient in Afrikaans (spoken and written)
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good organisational and time management skills
