- Client Interaction: Engage in client interactions, actively seeking their input and feedback, while effectively communicating complex creative technology concepts in a clear and relatable manner.
- End-to-end Creative Process Oversight: Oversee the entire creative process, ensuring projects meet the highest standards of quality, are delivered on time, and within budget, while achieving or surpassing performance goals.
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or in a similar creative leadership role, with a portfolio that demonstrates a passion for merging creative with technology.
- Strong background in Art Direction, Design, or Copywriting, with a deep understanding of digital marketing landscapes and CRM strategies.
- Expertise in UI/UX principles, creative technology, and coding basics to guide and critique digital projects.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, capable of nurturing talent and fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, CRM software, and familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
- A strategic thinker with the ability to translate marketing objectives into clear creative strategies.
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
