- Provide creative direction leading a talented team of designers and copywriters to develop high-converting marketing materials across all channels (from social media graphics to landing pages and video ads)
- Ensure creative output is not just eye-catching, but strategically designed to drive results
- Champion the dual imperatives of quality and speed, understanding that in the digital age, rapid iterations and A/B testing are as crucial as the visuals themselves
- Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation to final execution, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and timely delivery
- Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation
- Manage creative project traffic, ensuring smooth workflows and timely deliveries while maintaining high-quality standards
- Liaise effectively with the marketing and product teams, ensuring alignment of creative output with brand and business objectives
- Coordinate with local videographers, guiding the entire video production process
- Balance the demands of hands-on creative work, such as camera handling, with the strategic leadership responsibilities
- Overseeing campaign launch, optimisation, and budget allocation
- Ensure campaigns run smoothly, meet deadlines, and deliver top-notch performance for clients
- Proven experience as a Creative Director or Senior Design Leader (5+ years)
- Mastery of design principles: a strong portfolio showcasing exceptional visual storytelling, conceptual thinking, and design execution
- Experience with various marketing channels: familiarity with social media, display advertising, landing pages, and other digital marketing assets.
- Experience managing and optimising digital marketing campaigns (3+ years)
- Strong understanding of marketing analytics and reporting tools
