Job Summary Reinhardt Transport has a job vacancy for a Creditors Administrator in Nigel. Job Summary: - Capture creditor invoices in accordance with set guidelines - Ensure that all creditor invoices are approved/signed off by relevant manager - Prepare monthly reconciliations of creditors invoices against statements - Prepare and send remittance advices for creditor payments - Check age analysis for creditors to ensure that there are no long outstanding liabilities - Allocation of creditor payments - Process recovery invoices and ensure supporting documentation is accurate and correct.
