- Manage all aspects of public relations, digital communication, and social media presence.
- Oversee the hotel’s online reputation, content creation, and brand consistency.
- Drive marketing initiatives aligned with business goals and seasonal campaigns.
- Prepare and manage the marketing budget effectively.
- Contribute to strategic business planning and deliver detailed marketing reports.
- Collaborate with Sales, Revenue, and Operational teams to ensure cohesive messaging and measurable results.
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years' experience in a similar marketing role within the hospitality industry (hotel or resort experience essential).
- Proven ability in PR, digital marketing, content strategy, and social media management.
- Experience in both B2B and B2C marketing environments.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Confident in managing budgets and working cross-functionally.
- South African citizens only.
