Job Summary Intern: Administration Assistant ( Contract position ) Location: Johannesburg - Centurion, South Africa Duration: 3-6 months or more On-site (home-based company based in Centurion) We're seeking a motivated, detail-oriented intern to join our administrative department and assist with various tasks. This is an ideal role for a student or recent graduate seeking hands-on experience in the fast-paced tech industry. Key Responsibilities: Assist with day-to-day office administration tasks (support tickets, document management, scheduling) Organize tickets - respond to tickets via various platforms Keep track of time and resource allocation, and time spent on activities Assist with specifications for software documentation Help coordinate meetings, draft documents, and proposals, and an interest in sales would be highly beneficial Support HR with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records, posting of job adverts on various platforms Provide general support to the management and development teams Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business Administration, Office Management, HR, or a related software field Strong communication and organizational skills Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow the company A drive to understand various technologies in the software industry with a passion for tech.
