- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by quality assessing leads speedily and ensuring same are distributed throughout the Sales Team;
- Ensuring own targets are met by qualifying all leads received within a reasonable time-frame;
- Increase the efficiency of sales through data driven decision making from a leads perspective;
- Assist in ensuring the sales strategy is met, by being efficient in the distribution of leads;
- Reporting to Senior Management on the success and distribution of leads;
- Finding new and innovative ways for lead generation.

- Minimum 2 years’ client services experience in a corporate environment;
- Minimum 2 years’ sales experience;
- Prior experience in an administrative role;
- Must be a team player with assertiveness skills.
