- Identify and engage new business opportunities within the property management sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Deliver product presentations and demos tailored to client needs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed targets.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams on marketing, onboarding, and client success.
- Provide support and maintain client satisfaction post-sale.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.
- 2–3 years of experience in business development or sales (experience in SaaS or property management sectors advantageous).
- Diploma or degree in Business, Finance, or related fields.
- Knowledge of property management workflows is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms for sales tracking.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident in client-facing interactions.
