Our client in the freight industry is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Administration Clerk.Job Functions AdministrationIndustries Distribution, Warehousing & FreightSpecification
1. Will be responsible for the office administration.
2. Handle petty cash.
3. Invoicing and receipting of transactions.
4. Basic book keeping.
5. Other admin related duties.Requirements
1. Must possess a Diploma in Business Administration/ Accounting or related.
2. Must have at least 5 years experience in office administration.
3. Must have own transport.
4. Must be prepared to work long hours and sometimes weekends.
5. Must possess excellent computer skills especially excel spreadsheets.
