An opportunity for a Financial Manager.My client is a successful retail group, established over 40 years ago, and a recognised market leader across Africa. They are seeking a Financial Manager to drive financial excellence and deliver strong commercial insights within their dynamic and fast-paced environment.Duties:

Financial controls and compliance with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and review monthly balance sheets, management accounts, and variance analysis.
Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.
Lead and mentor finance teams.
Partner with operations to enhance profitability and efficiency across the value chain.

Education and Experience:

CA(SA) qualification.
Minimum of 4 years post-articles experience.
Background in FMCG or wholesale is essential.
