This is an opportunity to join a high-performing team where you will work closely with senior executives, oversee daily financial operations, and play a pivotal role in business growth. You will be responsible for executing financial strategy, ensuring compliance, and supporting decision-making at the highest level. Beyond reporting, this role offers involvement in system migrations, cost control initiatives, and strategic projects, giving you exposure to every corner of the business.Other Duties Include:

Leading and mentoring a team across financial accounting, payables, and reporting
Delivering Board level reports and management packs with precision and insight
Managing risks, audits, and compliance with IFRS and group standards
Driving cost efficiency, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
Supporting other business areas with financial modelling, analysis, and decision-making tools

Education:

Qualified CA(SA)

Job Experience & Skills Required:

5 to 10 years’ experience in finance or accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role
Previous exposure within a listed environment
SAP or enterprise ERP systems experience with strong Excel skills
Proven ability to present at a Board level and manage complex reporting cycles
