- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote products, increase foot traffic, and drive sales in retail stores and online platforms.
- Lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, promotions, events, and digital initiatives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for growth.
- Manage the retail marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to maximize ROI and achieve targets.
- Oversee the development of creative assets, messaging, and branding materials that resonate with target audiences and align with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with product development teams to launch new products and optimize existing offerings based on market insights and customer feedback.
- Drive customer acquisition and retention strategies through CRM initiatives, loyalty programs, and personalized marketing tactics.
- Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize tactics and drive continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including advertising agencies, media outlets, vendors, and industry associations.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree desirable.
- Proven experience (8 years) in retail marketing leadership roles, with a track record of success in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies.
- Deep understanding of retail industry dynamics, consumer behaviour, and competitive landscape.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering a positive work environment and driving results.
- Proficiency in marketing tools and technologies, including CRM systems, digital analytics platforms, and project management.
