- Academic Edge: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (NQF 8) is essential. A Management Development Programme is a strong advantage.
- Depth of Experience: 12+ years in heavy industry or iron/steel production – with deep knowledge of iron making processes and technologies.
- Leadership Power: Proven ability to lead large technical teams in high-pressure environments.
