- Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance.
- Manage trust & business accounts (LPC compliance).
- Bank reconciliations, invoicing, creditors/debtors, VAT, PAYE & statutory returns.
- Payroll processing & HR administration (contracts, leave, onboarding).
- Staff support, recruitment assistance & labour law compliance.
- 3–5 years’ bookkeeping experience (legal environment preferred).
- Knowledge of legal accounting software (GhostPractice/LegalSuite/AJS).
- Trust account management experience (essential).
- Payroll & HR admin knowledge.
- Strong attention to detail, confidentiality & organisational skills.
- Relevant finance/HR qualification advantageous.
