Responsibilities:
  • Full bookkeeping function up to trial balance.
  • Manage trust & business accounts (LPC compliance).
  • Bank reconciliations, invoicing, creditors/debtors, VAT, PAYE & statutory returns.
  • Payroll processing & HR administration (contracts, leave, onboarding).
  • Staff support, recruitment assistance & labour law compliance.
Requirements:
  • 3–5 years’ bookkeeping experience (legal environment preferred).
  • Knowledge of legal accounting software (GhostPractice/LegalSuite/AJS).
  • Trust account management experience (essential).
  • Payroll & HR admin knowledge.
  • Strong attention to detail, confidentiality & organisational skills.
  • Relevant finance/HR qualification advantageous.
