- 7-10 years' proven experience as a General Manager (or senior hotel leadership role) within a reputable hospitality group
- Strong work ethic with the ability to focus on execution and results
- Willingness and ability to follow directions from senior management and owners
- Ability to fit into an established team and company culture
- Practical knowledge and experience in construction, building maintenance, and road maintenance
- Ability to take decisive action in emergency situations, including bushfire management
- Competence in driving various types of vehicles relevant to resort operations
- Reliable, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Oversee day-to-day resort operations, following established procedures and standards
- Maintain service quality, operational efficiency, and compliance with company policies
- Implement instructions from senior management and owners consistently
- Supervise property maintenance, construction projects, and infrastructure upkeep
- Support, mentor, and manage the team within the existing operational framework
