We’re looking for a Group Financial Manager who is not only technically strong but also passionate about operational involvement and long-term growth. You’ll be a key player in driving financial strategy, improving systems, and supporting the business through its next phase of development.â Key Requirements:
- Qualified CA(SA) – Non-negotiable
- Experience in costing, operational finance, and data flow
- Proven track record in ERP system implementation – from planning to go-live
- Strong understanding of the agriculture/logistics/milling sectors (advantageous)
- A hands-on, proactive approach with a desire to add value and grow with the business
- Open to senior candidates who want to settle into a long-term role
