This well-established and dependable dealership, led by a Dealer Principal who genuinely values both people and the motor trade, is seeking an experienced and highly capable Service Manager to take their workshop operations to the next level. As Service Manager, you will take full responsibility for the productivity and profitability of the workshop and frontline service teams. Your role will be pivotal, from driving performance and ensuring customer satisfaction to refining processes and leading a motivated team. The dealership is looking for a hands-on leader with strong business acumen and sound technical insight, someone who can effortlessly navigate the dynamic between customers, Service Advisors and Technicians, while steering the department toward operational excellence. To be considered, you'll need at least 5 years of recent Service Management experience within a franchised dealership, a stable and progressive work history, and excellent references that speak to your leadership, professionalism, and results.Job Requirements
Matric Certificate.
A valid Drivers License.
At least 5 years of Recent Service Management experience in a franchised motor dealership
Multi-brand dealership experience will be HIGHLY beneficial
Working knowledge of a DMS (Pinnacle preferred)
Excellent people management skills
Understanding of dealer service levels
Technical knowledge is beneficialA stable work history
