Warehouse / Logistics Manager

- Oversee full warehouse logistics operations: receiving, stock control, refurbishment, dispatch, and reverse logistics
- Ensure accurate processing, documentation, and system recording of all materials (both serialized and non-serialized)
- Manage technical workflows related to hardware testing, reuse preparation, and responsible disposal of obsolete items (e.g., PCBs)
- Lead timely and accurate order fulfilment with high attention to packaging standards and delivery schedules
- Monitor inventory accuracy, stock quality, and audit readiness across systems and physical storage
- Manage departmental budgeting and reporting, including tracking and optimizing delivery costs
- Proactively resolve customer delivery issues, complaints, and queries in a professional and timely manner
- Develop, coach, and support a small warehouse team with a focus on continuous improvement and accountability
- Uphold and improve processes to ensure high levels of compliance, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Accuracy and timeliness of inbound and outbound deliveries
- Inventory data integrity and reporting turnaround
- Compliance with internal SLAs and audit requirements
- Adherence to departmental budget and cost-saving targets
- Customer satisfaction related to logistics and delivery performance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse management, preferably in a high-volume or technical environment
- At least 3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role
- Solid understanding of inventory systems, stock lifecycle, and warehouse operations best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ability to adapt to new systems and tools quickly
- Exposure to electronics, telecoms, or technical asset recovery sectors is a strong advantage
