YOUR MISSIONThe Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for developing, delivering and communicating visual concepts and strategies to promote the brand, products and services in-store.

Conducting research on current and future trends in design and lifestyle
Liaising with internal Sales Managers and Retail Managers to discuss sales strategies
Identify and source props, fabrics, hardware and lighting
Maintain a budget and negotiate with suppliers for visual materials
Work with architectural features of stores to maximise the available space
Create visual merchandising packs to communicate visual guidelines
Visit branches to coach in-store Visual Merchandise or Sales Teams
Assemble or dismantle visual display on windows or in-store
Comparison Shops [comp-shop]
Motivate teams to complete displays to tight deadlines
Plan for and merchandise at store openings
Expert knowledge of the sporting, consumer goods industry, marketing and retail business

YOUR TALENT

Minimum qualification: a degree in fashion design, or a related discipline
Experience in retail or visual merchandising.
2 - 3 years Visual Merchandising experience
Proficient in SAP; Excel; Word; Power Point; Outlook and Internet
Driver’s License essential
Willing to travel
