Who are we: A rapidly expanding global education group managing over 100 websites for schools worldwide.Who are we looking for: A skilled and enthusiastic Web Content Editor - Team Lead to supervise a small team of editors, spearhead web optimisation initiatives and actively contribute to enhancing digital performance.What will you do::As the Web Content Editor - Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of editors and directly impacting web content performance. Your key responsibilities will include driving website optimisation, enhancing conversion rates, ensuring copy consistency and implementing technical improvements across an extensive network of school websites.You will work closely with UX, SEO, performance marketing and content teams to maintain an engaging, effective digital presence that aligns with our brand.What will you need:- 3+ years of experience in web content editing or a related digital role- Minimum of 1 year managing or leading a team of web editors or digital professionalsTechnical and Digital Proficiency- Proficient in CMS platforms like WordPress or Drupal- Hands-on experience with web/SEO analytics tools including Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog and AHREFS- Strong background in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO), user testing methodologies, site speed audits, SEO copywriting and landing page optimisation- Ability to collaborate effectively across UX and marketing teams
