We have a vacancy for an order entry controller / sales support. The successful candidate will be responsible for being the back up support for the sales team and handling the converting of quotations to orders received from the sales team. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the orders are processed ,invoiced and dispatched accordingly.Minimum Requirements:Matric Minimum 2-3 years’ experience is essential, in either Telesales or Internal Sales. Must have high energy and drive; Must have good reporting and admin skills; Must be highly accurate with high attention to detail; Computer Literacy is essential with good working knowledge of Accpac. Excel skills are essential for this role – sorting, filtering, pivot tables, graphs, etc. A literacy test will be required, with a minimum pass rate required. Willing to work overtime, when required to ensure work is up to date Deadline driven.Duties & Responsibilities:Give feedback to sales that you’ve received the order Capture orders, incl. walk-in customers Convert quotes to orders Standing orders Give feedback that the above orders have been processed Check if picked order has back orders – call customer to advise of back orders Get ETA for back order Invoice orders Dispatch order Follow up with 3PL provider on delivery status Once delivered, follow up with POD Scan POD Follow up on queries Process credit notes.The post appeared first on .
