- Build and manage outbound campaigns via email, phone, and LinkedIn
- Book and run qualified discovery calls and product demos
- Own the sales pipeline for your assigned NHS region
- Lead conversations and negotiations with senior NHS stakeholders
- Draft and present proposals and pricing documents
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery and rollout
- Maintain accurate records and deal progression using HubSpot
- Consistently hit and exceed quarterly revenue targets
- Based in South Africa and fluent in English
- Available to work 8am-6pm UK time (9am-7pm SA time)
- 2-4 years of experience closing B2B deals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident working with senior decision-makers
- Organised and proactive in managing sales cycles
- High energy, driven, and goal-oriented
- Degree educated
- Bonus: Experience in UK public sector or NHS
- Bonus: Familiarity with HubSpot or sales tools
