An exciting opportunity exists for a driven and experienced Account Executive to join a dynamic, high-growth sales team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in expanding market presence, developing new business opportunities, and building strong client relationships within the EMEA region, with potential exposure to the US and APAC markets.Key Responsibilities:Drive business development and revenue growth within the SMB segmentConsistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targetsEngage with senior leadership and C-level executives to establish and close new business opportunitiesCollaborate with customer success teams to manage high-potential accounts during the initial 12-month lifecycleMaintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline data using CRM systemsBuild and manage a robust pipeline through proactive outreach, inbound leads, and partnershipsShare insights on sales performance and collaborate with peers to optimise the overall sales processRequired Skills and Experience:Proven sales success with businesses ranging from 50 to 500 employeesExperience managing deal sizes between $10,000 and $50,000 ACVAbility to close deals within 1 to 3-month sales cyclesDemonstrated experience in the EMEA market (US and APAC experience advantageous)Skilled in managing multiple stakeholders, including C-suite decision-makersFamiliarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologiesPrevious experience in an early-stage scale-up or high-growth environment is essentialPreferred Qualifications:Experience in SaaS or complex service-based salesBackground in selling to HR and finance stakeholders within high-growth tech companiesIf you have not been contacted within 10 working days, please consider you application unsuccessful.
