- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor by providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process.
- Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, from lead generation to deal closure. Keep accurate records of interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software.
- Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of our solar panel solutions. Address client inquiries and objections in a professional and persuasive manner.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and delivery of exceptional customer service.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes affecting the solar energy market. Use insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry.
- Strong understanding of solar energy systems, including photovoltaic technology, inverters, and battery storage solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients at all levels of an organization.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
