Beverage Specialist

• Conduct on-site meetings to assess infrastructure and present menu design suggestions.
• Support internal and sub-distributor staff sales representatives.
• Design innovative uses for Liquid Concepts products.
• Complete recipe reports, costing sheets, and menu content documents.

• Educate customers and staff on product knowledge and benefits.
• Demonstrate product applications on-site.
• Capture sales orders via various channels (email, WhatsApp, sales reps, walk-ins).
• Develop new beverage recipes and conduct training sessions.
• Store Visits and Audits:
• Perform regular audits for specific accounts.
• Build and maintain relationships with bar staff, waiters, and managers.

• Conduct gelato training, barista basics courses, and barman basics courses.
• Team and Client Communication:
• Utilize the Skynamo Sales Tool.
• Attend workshops and experiment with new drink concepts.
• Communicate effectively with the team and clients.

• Complete training forms and schedules.
• Provide updated checklists and recipes to reps.
• Report on opposition products in-store.
• Maintain regular contact with reps and clients.

• Experience in beverage innovation and training.
• 5 years experience.
• Preferably Hospitality/ restaurant background.
• Strong customer-centric approach with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Knowledge of current beverage trends and a passion for continuous improvement.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
