
Sales Manager – Construction Machinery

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the construction machinery sector.
- Promote and sell machinery (e.g., excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes) to contractors, distributors, government clients, and other key stakeholders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, driving regional growth and expanding the company’s market share.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals in line with company objectives.
- Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements, providing regular feedback to management.
- Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, product demonstrations, and on-site client visits.
- Proven sales experience in the construction machinery industry (essential).
- Strong background with Chinese-funded construction machinery companies (e.g., XCMG, Liugong, Shantui) is highly advantageous.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the assigned provinces.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken); additional languages will be an advantage.
